For over 20 years, including 17 at Adobe, I’ve shaped and scaled design teams from the ground up, growing them into vibrant, cross-disciplinary forces of 50+ members. I’ve hired and mentored over 150 creatives, curating a blend of talent across design, engineering, research, prototyping, and client engagement.
